What a day! Today we worked on peer editing and revision of our creative writing stories to make sure they have a clear beginning, middle, end. After peer editing, we worked a bit with character traits - finding the just right word to describe a person. We finished up by working on 3-4 sentences that will be part of our introductions tomorrow. Tomorrow we will begin work on our expository essays starting with this introduction.

**7th Grade**
We started off today with peer editing/revision of our creative writing pieces. For poetry, that looks like this. For narratives, it includes the figurative language piece, but also these editing and revision items. In the afternoon, we had some time to work on publishing them in the computer lab.
