Today we heard some WONDERFUL presentations from Xavier & Brittany, Shanteria & Daja, Alison & Taria, Lucy & Cecilia, Brian & Jackson, and Jacy & Shann & Brian. Well done, 6C! We are all hoping the other half are just as great tomorrow!
HW: Bring in a clean draft of your creative writing story for one last round of peer editing tomorrow. We are going to turn in the published drafts on FRIDAY before we leave for the break.
Read 30 minutes, obviously, because we're reading rock stars. Bring your book tomorrow for work on our book letters.
**7th Grade**
Today we got ready and then presented our poems with seventh graders from other classes. What a fabulous day of poetry sharing! I am awed, inspired, and thrilled with our young poets - what a wonderful day!
HW: All 6 poems and explanations should now be published. If this isn't done, see me at tutorial, lunch, and reading and work time to work on this.
We will work on title, cover, table of contents and putting it all together tomorrow. Final project due Friday.
Great job today!
