CRCT starts this WEDNESDAY. We will likely have a bit more homework this week than others as we cram in some last info for this and continue working on our usual portfolio pieces. You guys are doing great and we are almost there!
Today we learned about sentence types - simple, compound, complex. We worked on this in class and students have some tasks to finish tonight for HW.
We also worked on myths - writing, editing, revising.
HW: Final draft of myth due Friday. We'll publish in class, BUT if you want more feedback FROM ME, please bring me a clean draft to edit/revise with you.
ALSO - finish the one sheet called Independent and Dependent Clauses tonight. We started it in class. Do the front and the back.
**7th Grade**
Today we worked on mechanics - the rest of that work is due tomorrow.
We also learned about adverb and adjective phrases. It's a lot to take in! Finish the 2 worksheets we started in class.
