Fernbank Field Trip

On Tuesday, April 12, we are taking a field trip to the Fernbank Museum to see the Mythic Creatures exhibit. Should be great fun! Here's the permission slip in case yours went missing.

Our homework, in 6th and 7th Grade, is to READ in a quiet, dedicated space for 30 minutes (at least 15 pages) each and every night. Students should record the number of pages they read on their Reading Calendar.

Humanities Night Prep

Today in class we worked on our presentations for tomorrow night's Humanities Night. In case you need another copy of the prep form, click here.
Don't forget - all students should plan to attend Humanities Night tomorrow, Thursday, March 4 from 6:30-8PM - and we hope to see parents there as well.
ALSO - Thursday's tutorial is cancelled. I will need to be working with other teachers and rushing around to get set up for Humanities night. Please plan accordingly to finish your research for your Upstander News Report - maybe Thursday at Reading and Work Time?
