Fernbank Field Trip

On Tuesday, April 12, we are taking a field trip to the Fernbank Museum to see the Mythic Creatures exhibit. Should be great fun! Here's the permission slip in case yours went missing.

READ!!

Our homework, in 6th and 7th Grade, is to READ in a quiet, dedicated space for 30 minutes (at least 15 pages) each and every night. Students should record the number of pages they read on their Reading Calendar.

Due tomorrow:
1) Myth story - most of this should have been done in class, you just need to finish your graphic organizer
2) Rough draft of your Mad Lib - you had lots of time to work on this class, finish it up tonight. Make sure you highlight (or underline) all the necessary parts of speech.
3) This week's bookmark.

**7th Grade**
Due tomorrow:
1) Final draft of one of your sentence type stories - you should have had this edited in class today.
2) Annotation, reflection, and analysis for ALL THREE articles.

    I never received a bookmark this week, so I've been writing it down on a sheet of paper. Is that ok?

    Okay i went to the website of the lady who is a pet stylist. I am amazed that some one will pay 3,500,000,000 on a diamond dog neckless/collar. Thats in sane. People are starving in Africa, and in America we spend 47 billion dollars a year on Pets. Shouldn't we be ashamed of that.....
